To initiate a return:
The customer must record a clear package opening video (unboxing video) as proof.
Email the video along with your order ID and issue details to support@zhezo.com.
Once approved by our team, the damaged item must be returned via post to the provided return address.
Please note:
Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Return requests are not accepted after 02 (Two) days from the date of delivery.
