6-Hour Cancellation Window
Orders can be canceled **within 6 hours** of placement. After this window, our team begins processing your handcrafted pieces for dispatch.
Processed Orders
Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will **not be accepted** under any circumstances.
In-Transit Items
If your order has been shipped or is currently in transit, it is **no longer eligible** for cancellation.
